Program Agreement & Terms**

Please read this Agreement carefully before enrolling. By completing payment, you acknowledge that you are entering into a professional coaching relationship with Linda Iriah (The Influence Arc / Earn the Seat Executive Accelerator/CoachLindaHQ) and agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Program Access & Commitment

  1. You are securing one of a limited number of spaces in the Earn the Seat ~ Executive Accelerator. Your enrollment reserves your spot for the full duration of the program.
  2. This Agreement, together with any onboarding documents or policies provided to you, constitutes the entire understanding between us and supersedes any prior conversations, emails, or messages. By enrolling, you confirm that all material terms important to you are included here.

2. What Your Program Includes

1:1 Executive Coaching Sessions

You will receive private coaching sessions delivered virtually via Zoom/Google Meet.

  • Sessions are scheduled according to your selected package.
  • You will receive a scheduling link once payment is received or your coach may schedule your appointment for you.
  • All sessions must be used within the program term; unused sessions are forfeited.
  • All sessions are subject to the scheduling and cancellation policies outlined in your onboarding materials.

Assessments & Pre‑Work

You will receive access to a DISC assessment (or may submit a recent assessment if available) and a pre‑work package designed to support clarity, alignment, and readiness for the program.

Program Materials

You will receive access to worksheets, frameworks, and tools created for the Earn the Seat Executive Accelerator. These materials support your development and are for your personal use only.

Messaging Support (If Included in Your Tier)

If your package includes between‑session support, you may contact Linda via the agreed‑upon channel (email, messaging platform) for brief check‑ins or clarifications. This is not a substitute for coaching sessions and is intended for light-touch support.

3. What Is Not Included

Done‑For‑You Services

The program does not include résumé writing, job applications, document editing, or any done‑for‑you deliverables unless explicitly stated in your package.

Ownership of Materials

All program materials are protected by copyright.

  • You receive a license for personal use only.
  • You may not copy, share, distribute, or repurpose any materials for commercial or non‑commercial use without written permission.

Use of Program Name & Branding

You may not use the program name Earn the Seat, The Influence Arc, or any related branding, frameworks, or proprietary language for your own business or content.

No Guaranteed Outcomes

You are receiving coaching, tools, and support, not guaranteed results. Your progress depends on your participation, decisions, and actions.

4. Payment Terms

  1. All payments are non‑refundable.
    • By enrolling, you acknowledge that you are committing to the full program investment.
    • If you discontinue participation for any reason, you remain responsible for completing all scheduled payments.
  2. If you initiate a chargeback, an administrative fee of $500 CAD may be applied.
  3. Payment plans (if offered) must be completed in full.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Attend scheduled sessions on time.
  • Complete pre‑work and assessments as requested.
  • Communicate respectfully and professionally.
  • Take responsibility for your decisions, actions, and results.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding any shared client stories or discussions within group settings (if applicable).

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all coaching conversations, documents, and personal information, except where disclosure is required by law.

7. Business Capacity

You acknowledge that you are entering this Agreement as a professional or business owner, not as a consumer. This may limit certain consumer protections under provincial or federal law.

8. Disclaimer of Professional Advice

Coaching is not therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or mental health treatment.
You agree to seek appropriate licensed professionals for matters requiring such expertise.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Linda / The Influence Arc/Earn The Seat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income or opportunities.
  • Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the program.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linda Iriah / The Influence Arc from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your actions, decisions, or use of program materials.

11. Termination of Participation

Linda reserves the right to remove a participant from the program at her discretion if conduct is inappropriate, harmful, or misaligned with program values.

  • In such cases, a prorated refund may be provided.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
Any disputes will be resolved in Ontario.

13. No Assignment

You may not transfer or assign your enrollment or program access to another person.

14. Electronic Signatures

Electronic acceptance or payment constitutes agreement to these terms.

15. Media Release

If group sessions or events are recorded, you consent to the use of anonymized clips or images for marketing or educational purposes. You may opt out by notifying Linda in writing.
